Workshop on Risk Assessment for Heavy Metal

The objectives of this workshop are:
- to enhance understanding on data requirement for food safety risk assessment especially for arsenic and cadmium in rice for national focal Points of ARAC from ASEAN countries
- to train ASEAN risk assessors / Scientific Panel Member of ARAC on how to conduct the risk assessment for contaminants especially for Arsenic and Cadmium
