Call for Expressions of Interest to review and synthesize evidence on cadmium, methylmercury, arsenic and lead

The World Health Organization (WHO) Department of Nutrition and Food Safety has initiated a process for the collection and assessment of evidence to estimate the burden of foodborne diseases. The WHO secretariat is seeking support from independent consultants or group/s of experts with relevant expertise and experience to undertake systematic reviews to synthesize the evidence in the above-mentioned topic. The candidate/s should be able to work independently as well as interact regularly and collaboratively with the WHO team and an external group of technical experts (FERG).

An Expression of Interest can be submitted for systematic reviews and other studies covering all or selected hazards among them – depending on the interest of the experts. Please access the overall concept note and the terms of references (ToR) as follows for more details on the respective work, requirements, and deadlines. More ToRs related to this project will be advertised in the future, and the main page with a call for expressions of interest will be updated accordingly
